Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, addressing clients' unique needs and preferences.

• Provide consultation in the creation of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, ensuring clients feel supported in their time of need.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation following regulatory standards and ensure timely submission of necessary paperwork.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.

• Engage actively in all licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance processes to uphold the agency’s commitment to excellence.

• Act as a liaison to service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating smooth communication and resource sharing.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program outreach and secure funding opportunities.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending conferences, classes, and relevant meetings while representing the agency in various capacities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
