The Opportunity We are seeking experienced General Managers to lead high-volume airport restaurants. This role is ideal for proven leaders who thrive in complex operations, value people development, and can balance guest satisfaction with financial performance. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations across one or multiple restaurant locations within the airport Lead, coach, and develop management teams and hourly staff Drive results in labor management, cost of goods (COGS), average transaction value (ATV), and sales per enplanement (SPE) Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and union guidelines Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining brand standards Partner cross-functionally with Airport leadership, franchisors, and union representatives What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or 2+ years as a Multi-Unit Manager in restaurants, hospitality, or concessions Proven success managing high-volume operations ($3M+ annual sales) Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets, P&Ls, and labor forecasting Skilled in people development, accountability, and team culture Flexible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated airport environment Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security badging What We Offer Competitive salary + annual performance bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Free employee meals and parking Growth opportunities within a national airport F&B operator Why Join Us?
