Lifestyle perks such as cell‑phone and event ticket discounts Medical, dental, vision, life and pet insurance 401(k) with employer match and stock purchase discounts Parental leave and adoption/surrogacy benefits Opportunities for career growth and development Free online Spanish and English language courses What You Bring to the Table Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience Experience in food service, retail, hospitality or hotel management is a plus Ability to lead a high‑performing team with the General Manager Provide an uncommonly good experience for guests, fostering a family‑like atmosphere Conflict resolution skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills Hire, train and manage restaurant team members and shift managers Identify and foster talent in your team; develop high performers for promotions and recognize a job well done Follow operational and inventory control procedures Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management and local restaurant marketing Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in quality, safety practices and cleanliness Work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule, including opening, mid, closing shifts, weekends and/or holidays; currently AGMs work 1 opening shift, 2 mid shifts (11am‑8pm), 1 closing shift and a 5th shift that aligns with restaurant needs. This may change depending on business needs. Physical requirements may include walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 55 pounds. Other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment.
