Unser EMEA-Team arbeitet daran, die beeindruckende Expansion in der Region weiter voranzutreiben – Bissen für Bissen – und der regionale Marktführer für Marken-Protein-Snacks zu werden. Diese Position ist in Guben angesiedelt und Sie berichten an den QSHE Manager. Sie tragen die fachliche Führung der Qualitätskontrolle am Standort Guben und entwickeln das Team der Qualitätssicherung weiter Sie unterstützen die Produktion bei der Einhaltung unserer Standards, stellen die Einhaltung der Probenpläne und Qualitätsprüfungen während der Produktion sicher Sie unterstützen bei Abweichungen und leiten Risikobewertungen Sie wirken an der Erstellung und Pflege von HACCP-Konzepten, Risikoanalysen und produktspezifischen Sicherheitsbewertungen mit Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die fachliche Bewertung neuer Produkte, Rohstoffe und Technologien im Hinblick auf Lebensmittelsicherheit und regulatorische Anforderungen am Standort Guben Sie unterstützen bei der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produkte und Prozesse aus Sicht der Lebensmittelsicherheit für den Standort Guben Sie arbeiten eng zusammen mit R&D, Produktion, Einkauf und externen Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung sicherer Markteinführungen und Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Produkte und Prozesse Sie sind verantwortlich für Durchführung interner Schulungen Sie arbeiten an Optimierung von Prozessen / Prozessbedingungen sowie an der Minimierung von Verlusten Sie leiten interne Audits und führen Betriebsbegehungen durch Ausbildung bzw.
