Data Entry Specialist
Staffing Now
Staffing Now is currently working with our client, located near Downtown Fort Worth, who is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is fully onsite. Hours are M-TH from 8-5. Friday is 8-3 with full pay!
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter purchase order data into company software systems
- Review and interpret purchase orders received in various vendor formats
- Verify data accuracy prior to submitting orders for processing
- Follow established internal procedures and workflows, both written and verbal
- Serve as a primary point of contact for distributors within the dealer network
- Respond promptly to inquiries and route communications appropriately
- Provide customer support including: order updates, freight assistance and quote preparation
Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to understand and process purchase orders efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and confident communication style
