Data Entry Clerk
Client, located near Downtown Fort Worth, is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is fully onsite. Hours are M-TH from 8-5. Friday is 8-3 with full pay!
Keys:
Data entry of purchase orders
- Must be able to review and understand purchase orders in many different formats from our vendors
- Must be able to manually type data from a purchase order form into our software
- Must be able to review data for accuracy prior to submitting orders for processing
- Must be able to understand and follow internal procedures - some written and some verbally provided
- Provide quotes
- Provide freight assistance
- Provide order updates
- Main point of contact for everything within our dealer network - they are the first person to respond and direct communication
- Should be confident in written and spoken communication
