Venture Partners co-invest in curated opportunities, support portfolio companies, and earn carry on successful exits—without the overhead of running a fund.

This role is designed for individuals with investing or operating experience who want direct exposure, ownership, and upside in venture-backed companies.

What You’ll Do

• Co-invest alongside Initio Capital in select startup and growth-stage deals

• Participate in syndicated investments and special opportunities

• Support portfolio companies through strategic guidance, introductions, or operational expertise

• Evaluate deals aligned with your sector focus and investment thesis

• Engage with founders, LPs, and other Venture Partners within the network

Economics & Upside

• Earn carry participation on successful exits

• Access deal-by-deal co-investment opportunities

• No fund management, capital calls, or administrative overhead

• Economics vary by deal and are disclosed prior to participation
