Clinical Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology Arizona State University Department of Psychology The Department of Psychology at Arizona State University invites applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor within the department’s Master’s program in Clinical Psychology (MSCP). The MSCP is an online program that integrates psychological science and practice to provide students with rigorous, research-based clinical training. This program prepares students to pursue state licensure and to provide masters-level mental health services as practitioners of psychology. Learn more about the Department of Psychology by viewing The successful candidate will be expected to: coordinate practicum for MSCP students--including site review and approval, supervision verification, student progress monitoring, and compliance documentation; ensure practicum experiences are developmentally appropriate, clinically rigorous, and compliant with American Psychological Association accreditation standards; serve as the primary point of contact for all practicum-related activities; ensure timely intervention when issues arise in training environments; teach the practicum course; provide supervision for local students in the Clinical Psychology Center; and participate in service to the department, university, and profession as appropriate. The Clinical Assistant Professor position includes the potential for promotion within the Clinical Professor rank.
