Assistant Teachers Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Engage in accurate observation, assessment, and planning for children, and effectively communicate with families. Learn: complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics. We Want Energetic, Dependable Individuals Passion for working with children. Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience. Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Compensation & Benefits Pay $16.48 – $17.98 hourly, biweekly and daily pay options based on position, education and experience.
