In-Office | Arlington, MA, United States Date: 05/25/26 Shift: 1 Start: 8:00 AM End: 4:30 PM Class: PTA Contract Weeks: 13 40 Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in patient evaluations and treatment sessions. Document patient progress accurately in medical records and logs. Monitor patient responses and report adverse events to supervising PT. Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety. Maintain infection control and sanitization protocols in therapy areas. Track patient throughput and contribute to pipeline-based planning. Participate in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement sessions. Set up and maintain treatment equipment and therapy spaces. Collaborate with the therapy team to optimize patient care plans. Adhere to contract terms and on-site work expectations for reliability. Assist with administrative tasks to support daily clinic targets.
