About the Role As an Assistant Community Manager , you will be a key leader onsite, supporting the Community Manager in driving financial performance, delivering top-tier customer service, and creating a strong, engaged community. You’ll play a critical role in operations, resident relations, and team support — helping ensure Lakes at Lewisville continues to thrive. What You’ll Do Support the daily operations of the community alongside the Community Manager Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and reporting Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Manage resident communications , renewals, and lease administration Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies Monitor and support occupancy and leasing goals Partner with the service team to ensure a high-quality resident experience Step in as a leader when needed — this is a growth-focused role What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in multifamily property management (ACM experience preferred) Strong understanding of collections, leasing, and resident relations Experience with RealPage (OneSite) preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for service Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment A natural leader who wants to grow into a Community Manager role Why Join Trinity Residential?
