Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF) seeks a detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. You will coordinate recruitment and hiring, facilitate onboarding, maintain personnel records, support HR systems, and contribute to audits and process improvements.
