Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a driven, resourceful, and proactive Recruiter to help us identify, engage, and attract top talent for our growing organization. This is not a recruiting role where we simply wait for applications to come in. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding great people, building talent pipelines, and actively pursuing candidates through networking, recruiting platforms, referrals, and direct outreach. This position is expected to work a swing-shift schedule of approximately 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM to support recruiting responsiveness and improve candidate connection during the most active application hours.What You'll DoProactively source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, networking, referrals, social media, industry groups, and other creative sourcing methodsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct outreach to passive candidates and generate interest in career opportunitiesReview resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with position requirements and company cultureConduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviewsPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers for considerationCoordinate interviews and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring processMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting processBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needsAssist with recruiting events, job fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach effortsSupport onboarding activities and recruiting administrationMaintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting recordsWhat We're Looking ForOne to three years of recruiting, staffing, sourcing, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferredStrong sourcing instincts and a willingness to actively seek out talent rather than relying solely on inbound applicantsComfortable making outbound calls, sending outreach messages, and building relationships with prospective candidatesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and create positive candidate experiencesOrganized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-throughSelf-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfortable using recruiting technology, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office SuitePassion for connecting great people with great opportunitiesWhat Success Looks LikeBuilding strong candidate pipelines before positions become urgentConsistently identifying quality candidates through proactive sourcing effortsCreating positive candidate experiences that strengthen our employer brandHelping hiring managers fill positions efficiently with high-quality talentBringing new ideas and creative approaches to talent attractionBenefitsPTO – Paid Time Off and company-paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with employer contributionPaid professional and industry trainingCareer growth opportunities within a growing organizationCome join our talented and motivated team working together to provide customers with extraordinary care while serving them in their time of need—and help us continue building an amazing company culture with great people.
