Inpatient Rehab Nurse

Setting TriStar Summit is a 230+ bed comprehensive facility serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. It includes a Level III Trauma Center and offers cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women’s services. Responsibilities Demonstrate age specific knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment and care of patients. Ensure the privacy of our patients and confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI). Utilize nursing process for individual care to meet needs of patients. Demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills and procedures. Document all patient care. Qualifications Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Tennessee State Board of Nursing or Compact State required. Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider required. 1 year of RN experience required.
