We are currently seeking skilled Personal Injury Attorneys to join our pre-litigation team. This position is based out of our Roswell office and offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership on complex, high-value cases. Candidates must have prior personal injury experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters through settlement.
• Evaluate case value, liability, and treatment to develop case strategy and maximize client recovery.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Review demand letters, settlement proposals, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with case managers, medical records teams, and supervising attorneys to ensure files progress efficiently.
• Monitor treatment progress and guide clients through the pre-litigation process.
• Identify and escalate files that require litigation for optimal handling.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all case stages.

 

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience required.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong client service orientation and team mentality.
• Bilingual and/or multi-state licensure is a plus.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $120,000+, commensurate with experience and performance.
• Performance-based bonuses and long-term earning potential through a fee-sharing structure.
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with 2% match after 90-days.
