Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in Personal Injury law to join a growing legal team in Woodstock, Georgia. This is a fully onsite opportunity ideal for an attorney who can independently manage personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience handling litigation cases, courtroom appearances, motion practice, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and capable of handling cases with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury litigation cases from start to finish Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations Prepare legal strategies and case documentation Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams Support trial preparation and courtroom proceedings Qualifications 3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience Strong courtroom exposure and litigation handling skills Experience managing cases independently Excellent communication and negotiation abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
