Global Senior Commercial Director, Hematology

AstraZeneca seeks a Global Senior Commercial Director to lead customer engagement and advocacy strategy across its hematology portfolio spanning chronic lymphocytic leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. The role shapes franchise-wide strategy, builds external partnerships, and transforms customer experience through integrated approaches.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve franchise-wide customer engagement strategy across therapeutic areas and portfolio priorities
- Lead hematology advocacy strategy, including key expert mapping, segmentation, and impact measurement
- Transform customer experience through integrated cross-functional coordination across global, regional, and market teams
- Define global hematology strategy for major scientific congresses and strategic external engagement opportunities
- Support portfolio milestones through customer engagement and build advocacy capability across the organization
Requirements
- Significant global pharmaceutical commercial, marketing, or advocacy experience in oncology or hematology
- Proven track record developing and delivering global strategies across multiple markets and portfolio assets
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior external experts and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with business acumen and ability to translate customer insights into action
- Experience leading through complex global matrix and influencing without direct authority
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial, medical, R&D, and market access teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
