Application Programmer

SAP ABAP ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules. The ideal candidate will have experience specifically in Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA). This role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.Required Skills & Qualifications:SAP ABAP Technical Expertise, proficiency in ABAP Objects (OOPs concepts)Experience with Classical & Interactive Reports and ALV (Grid, OO ALV, SALV)Data Dictionary (Tables, Views, Indexes, Search Helps), experience with Interfaces, Idoc's, RFC'sExperience with Accounts Payable (AP), Vendor master, Invoice posting, and payment processingGeneral Ledger (GL) tasks such as Journal entries, DART, Move and Merge, ADB, Fixed Assets (FA) including Asset master data, acquisition, capitalization, and depreciationPreferred Skills & Qualifications:Experience with SAP FI module enhancementsUnderstanding of BADI's, Enhancements, and Archival ProcessTechnical Design Documents (TDD) and Functional-to-Technical mappingCode documentation and test casesUnderstanding of FI document flow and accounting postingsKnowledge of Webdynpro, UI5, Debugging, and Performance TuningBackground Jobs and Spool HandlingSAP FI (Financial Accounting) – Functional KnowledgeKnowledge of advanced FI reporting techniquesExperience with cross-functional SAP module integrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication with cross-functional and business teamsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesGood documentation skillsPrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Solutioning, designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting ABAP solutions aligned with FI business processesProvide solutions to business requirements and work independentlyEngage in client interaction and apply FI functional knowledgeFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process.
