A marketing and printing company in Fort Worth is hiring a Client Consultant.
Contract to Hire
M-F 915a-615p
$17/hr
On-site
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all calls and chats in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner.
- Provide first call resolution.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years on-site call center experience with Live Chat-Required
- The ability to think critically, analytically, problem-solve, and work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- An associate degree (preferred)
- This may not include all the requirements of the job
