Marketing Program Manager

Seattle, WA At least one day per week on-site Flyhomes is looking for a highly organized, relationship-oriented Marketing Program Manager to help us execute high-impact marketing programs across events, partnerships, and industry relationships. This role sits at the intersection of events, relationship building, and execution. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and external partners to make sure great conversations turn into real opportunities and well-executed programs. What You’ll Do Own the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, partner events, trainings, and other industry programs. Coordinate event logistics, sponsorship deliverables, materials, staffing, vendors, and timelines. Prepare the team for events with clear goals, target contacts, messaging, and meeting schedules. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, customers, trainers, influencers, speakers, and advocates. Coordinate webinars, trainings, testimonials, speaking opportunities, and other collaborations. Manage calendars, deliverables, follow-up, and next steps across multiple marketing programs. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Creative, and external vendors to keep projects moving. Use AI tools to improve research, planning, communication, follow-up, and program execution. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in marketing programs, events, partnerships, field marketing, customer marketing, or a related role. Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for detailed instructions. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. Strong proficiency with AI tools and genuine interest in using AI to improve everyday work. Nice to Have Experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, especially in mortgage, real estate, fintech, SaaS, or another relationship-driven industry. Experience working closely with Sales or Business Development teams. Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot. What Success Looks Like You don’t just execute an event.
