Business Development Manager - C&I

Business Development Manager – C&I Full‑time position based in a home office with frequent business travel. Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow products and implement initiatives to expand sales channels, including analysis of industrial development, prospects, competitors, and strategy development. Build long‑term partnerships with new solar sales channels in the EU market, focusing on Integrated Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage products. Maintain strong relationships with major European solar/renewable energy distributors. Oversee offline sales events, attend exhibitions, and conduct business forums in the German region. Plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase EcoFlow market share and meet sales targets. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) sector, power equipment, or Integrated Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage products. Track record and strong network with key solar distributors. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related field. Self‑driven with strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent communicator, and problem‑solver. Positive attitude, solution‑oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and ability to consider others’ perspectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (C1 or above); additional European language fluency is a plus.
