Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – Pediatric Dentistry Location: Blaine & Coon Rapids, MN. Full‑time. Who We’re Looking For Love working with children and families Bring enthusiasm, kindness, and a can‑do attitude Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Communicate with warmth and professionalism Enjoy creating positive experiences for others Licensed Dental Assistant (or will be eligible for licensure within the next 3 months) Schedule Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM-1:00 PM, 11:30 AM-5:30 PM, 7:00/7:30 AM-5:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM-2:00 PM One Saturday per month: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM Responsibilities Assist dentists and dental hygienists during procedures by handing off instruments, providing suction, and ensuring chair‑side accessibility Greet patients and explain treatment plans to make them comfortable Ensure infection‑control policies and safety regulations are met by disinfecting and sterilizing all equipment after use Measure and document vital signs and medical history, take x‑rays, and apply topical anesthetic if needed Schedule appointments, answer questions about dental hygiene, and provide postoperative instructions and infection‑control methods Qualifications Current Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) certification in Minnesota (or eligible within 3 months) Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program (CODA) Current BLS/CPR certification Experience using dental software and digital radiography Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Warm, team‑first attitude and commitment to patient comfort and care Compensation $21-33 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
