- Medical Director stipend of $1,400 monthly ($16,800 annually)

- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Washington veterinary licensure.
- Board Certification or residency training in a veterinary specialty discipline.
- Previous leadership experience is valued but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
