What We’re Looking For:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) and eligibility to work in a school-based setting
• Experience with elementary-age students preferred
• Comfort and/or prior experience supporting students with AAC devices
• Adaptability to shift schedule/hours based on district staffing needs

Your Role:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy, supporting student progress under SLP supervision
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance students’ communication skills
• Assist in data collection, IEP goal progress monitoring, and caseload management
• Contribute to AAC implementation and ongoing support for students with specialized needs
• Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations
