Project Manager Location: Milton, GA, US Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year Job Description We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in managing construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, they will possess a keen understanding of the construction process, the ability to manage teams, and a drive for excellence. Responsibilities Leading the planning and implementation of projects. Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Developing full‑scale project plans and associated communication documents. Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary. Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path. Tracking project milestones and deliverables. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the commercial construction industry. Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management. Proficiency in project management software tools. Competence in cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ability to lead project teams and manage resources. Strong understanding of the construction process, including design, procurement, and execution. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
