Agile Project Manager
$50 - $55 per hourSwoon
I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add an Agile Project Manager to their team! Contract Duration: 1 year to start with high potential to extend/convert Pay rate: $50-55/hr About this role: Lead and support two Agile squads (10–12 team members total) focused on technology delivery Own Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and backlog management Own Jira reporting, sprint tracking, backlog organization, dashboards, and Agile workflows Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, staffing, and budgets Partner closely with engineering, QA, product, and leadership teams Experience: 6–9+ years of Project Management experience in Agile technology environments Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in complex enterprise settings Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks Hands‑on experience using Jira is required. This person will be expected to actively manage Jira boards, reporting, sprint tracking, dependencies, dashboards, and backlog visibility. Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and cross‑functional dependencies Comfortable working with technical teams and translating technical topics into business impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
