Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff. Qualifications Certified personal trainer with leadership experience. Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and lead a results-driven team. Requirements Certifications / Education Level High School Diploma or GED required. Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred). Current CPR and AED. Experience 1-2 years as a personal trainer (preferred). Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5- 10+ employees (preferred). Successful personal sales experience (required).
