Commerce Media Strategist at Global Independent Marketing Agency (Remote)

Commerce Media Strategist building, driving, and optimising marketing campaigns within the commerce media ecosystem. You will develop sophisticated omnichannel strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals, ensuring measurable success and client satisfaction.

The Role
- A client-facing Commerce Media Strategist responsible for building, managing and optimising campaigns across commerce media channels.
- Develop sophisticated omnichannel strategies aligned to client objectives, with a focus on growth, profitability and retention.
- Manage day-to-day account performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
- Partner with clients and internal channel specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns and continuously improve performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert across relevant commerce media platforms, sharing industry knowledge and best practice.
The Requirements
- Experience in commerce media, paid commerce, retail media or senior media planning.
- Strong experience managing and optimising commerce media campaigns, ideally across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo or similar.
- Proven experience working with significant monthly media budgets and delivering against performance KPIs such as ROI, conversion and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce media strategy and cross-channel performance.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with tools such as Skai, Pacvue, Analytic Index or Helium 10 is advantageous.
- Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on campaign activity.
