Exemption Status: Non‑Exempt Hiring Range: $31.20 – $56.16 (actual offer may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations) Schedule: Saturday, Thursday, Tuesday, Wednesday Shift Hours: Tuesday–Thursday 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., Saturday 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Shift Identification: 1 – Day Shift, 8 hours (United States of America) Hours: 32 per week Cost Center: 26000 – 3580 Mammography Signing bonus may be available (eligibility confirmed during interview) Responsibilities Operate mammography equipment and perform mammography exams; assess patients psychologically and physically, adjusting procedures as needed. Record breast history and note any discomfort or medical concerns important to the Radiologist. Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and safety controls; document work accurately in HIS/RIS/PACS and PEN RAD systems. Assist in other modalities as needed. Clean and maintain all accessory equipment (e.g., paddles, detectors, work area). Qualifications Registration in Diagnostic Radiology and Mammography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensed in Massachusetts as a mammography technologist. BLS healthcare provider certification required before completion of the 90‑day probationary period. Minimum knowledge equivalent to an associate degree in Radiologic Technology. Prior experience in the field (preferred).
