We Are Looking For

The Order Verification Associate III is an experienced position responsible for ensuring order accuracy and inventory integrity under minimal supervision. This associate oversees advanced verification processes, resolves complex challenges, trains and mentor junior staff, and drives process improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do 

As an Order Verification Associate III, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Train and guide junior-level associates on complex verification proccedures, including interpreting detailed customer instructions and managing high-volume or specialized orders. 
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve non-routine fulfillment issues, using analytical input to suggest solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to address customer-specific needs and ensure compliance with aerospace standards, acting as a senior guide for complex procedures 
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and coordinate with quality control teams to ensure traceability and compliance with regulations 
• Collaborate with quality team on FAIs, ensuring initial productions meets specifications and providing detailed verification support for compliance documentation 
• Verify orders with minimal supervision, measuring and weighing items with equipment to ensure quality and accuracy and identifying minor deviations from specficiations
• Interpret customer-specific instructions and internal documentation to ensure orders meet unique requirements
• Coordinate with sales teams to clarify customer requirements for non-portal account holers, ensuring accurate order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards during verification processes
• Identify and report discrepancies, such as incorrect items, quantities, or labeling issues, before shipment.
• Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives
• Maintain an organized work area by keeping aisles clear, properly storing materials, and adhering to safety and organizational standards. Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 3+ years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in order verification, team leadership or equivalent on-the-job training
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop junior associates
• Advanced problem-solving abilities to resolve non-routine order and inventory issues 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to train, document and collaborate with supervisors, customers and vendors.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and quality standards to optimize processes 
• Commitment to safety protocols and standard operating procedures 

Special Requirements:  

• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.  
• ITAR Requirement 
• 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
