Encourage active recruitment of new team members. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and time management. Promote 100% Domino’s image standards. Recover service issues efficiently. Maintain attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation to and from work. Keep store clean and assist with marketing initiatives. Qualifications Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train team members. Experience operating all equipment. Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product correctly at an advanced pace. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean store and equipment daily. Comprehend and give correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods during a shift. Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time. Must have at least 6 months experience as a shift supervisor or team lead in the restaurant industry. Must be at least 18 years old.
