Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives supporting Medicaid, Medicare, and Government Healthcare Programs . The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing enterprise projects from planning through implementation while collaborating with business, technology, operations, and executive leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- Recent experience supporting Medicaid and Medicare initiatives
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery
- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and governance experience
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project dependencies
- Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing executive status reports and project documentation
- Ability to leverage AI and digital automation tools to improve project execution and operational efficiency
Other Qualifications
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related Project Management certification
- Experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, Dual Eligible, or other Government Healthcare Programs
- Experience working within large enterprise or matrix organizations
- Background in operational transformation, strategic initiatives, or process improvement
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align project execution to business objectives
