An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our semiconductor foundry team at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter -wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.

What You Will Do:

\n
• Work in a cleanroom environment
\n
• Handle GaAs and GaN wafers
\n
• Assist with various lithography, deposition, and etch processes
\n
• Perform and document optical microscope inspections
\n
• Perform scanning electron microscope imaging
\n
• Failure analysis and Data analysis
\n

What You Will Learn :

• Wafer fabrication techniques such as lithography, deposition and etch processes
\n
• Optical and scanning electron microscope imaging techniques
\n
• Data analysis and trouble-shooting techniques
\n

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
\n

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.\n
