Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a transdisciplinary team, contributing to the health and well-being of patients by delivering innovative and personalized medical solutions within the Unitized Transdisciplinary Care (UTC) program.Our mission is to bring care that's whole, human, and healing. Our team of medical doctors, psychologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and dietitians work together within a revolutionary transdisciplinary model that addresses the quadruple aim of healthcare: enhancing patient experience, improving patient health, reducing healthcare costs, and increasing employee satisfaction.Schedule: 4/10's, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Clinics are open Monday - Friday (Fridays required)About the PositionEvaluate and manage chronic pain conditions as part of comprehensive care plans, integrating pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapiesCollaborate with pain management specialists and complementary providers (chiropractors, acupuncturists) to develop individualized multimodal pain treatment strategiesPerform interventional pain procedures as trained and credentialed, including joint injections, trigger point injections, and other minimally invasive therapiesEducate patients on safe pain management practices including opioid stewardship, alternative therapies, and self-management techniquesMonitor treatment efficacy and adjust care plans to optimize function, quality of life, and long-term health outcomesDeliver care using a holistic, interdisciplinary approach in collaboration with medical doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, behavioral health providers, dietitians, and other health partners within our patented care modelParticipate in a multidisciplinary team to develop, execute, monitor, and adjust comprehensive and coordinated care plans that include shared goals with measurable outcomesAssess and document patient health through interviews, examinations, observations, and review of medical historiesDiagnose health conditions, order and interpret lab work and diagnostic studies following established protocolsDocument all patient encounters and sign medical charts within 72 hours as per industry standards and guidelinesDevelop treatment plan as part of patient's overall care plan that addresses dysfunction and disease while minimizing risk of further injuryPrescribe and dispense medication when granted authority in accordance with State licensure and staff privilegesEmploy evidence-based approaches to shared decision-making that respect the patient's preferences and social norms while targeting optimal treatment outcomesQualificationsActive Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of ArizonaCurrent Board Certification requiredCurrent DEA registration or eligibility/ability to obtain DEA registrationAt least 1 year of relevant work experience as NP/PA preferred but not requiredExperience in pain management or interest in developing expertise in this area preferredComfort in managing patients with chronic pain using a multimodal, evidence-based approachBenefitsComprehensive Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance options for you and your familyMedical – Choice between three Cigna PPO plans (company pays 90% for employees and 50% for dependents!)Dental offered through Principal Life Insurance CompanyVision offered through Principal and VSP Vision CareFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (DCSA)Company paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability with medical enrollmentEmployee Life, Spouse Life and Dependent Life401(k) Retirement Savings PlanGenerous PTO (5 weeks of vacation including our 2-week shutdown at end of year)Sign-on bonus!Lifekind Health and Savas Software are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
