Client & Community Relations Specialist

Position Overview As a Client & Community Relations Specialist within PNC’s Regional President organization, you will be based in Los Angeles, CA. This role expands the Client & Community Relations team to meet rising demand for high‑impact client engagement, strengthening relationships, enhancing the brand, and deepening community presence. We seek a dynamic, polished professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds, innovates, and executes with excellence. Responsibilities Plan and execute client and community relations activities—including event planning, execution and tracking, market sponsorship activation, philanthropy, grant‑making, and employee engagement programs—to deliver the PNC brand across the market. Partner with PNC stakeholders and the RP office to drive business strategies and support revenue across all lines of business. Prepare internal and external communications supporting the RP office and market initiatives. Produce campaign and event tracking reports showing return on investments and key initiatives. Oversee project budgets and manage the allocation of highly valued tickets to line‑of‑business partners, customers, and prospects. Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations in partnership with Corporate Ethics. Administer and coordinate local sponsorships, PNC Foundation grants, employee volunteerism, and grant announcements. Qualifications Knowledgeable in client experience best practices and ability to envision, design, and deliver high‑impact events. Experience managing end‑to‑end execution of client hospitality through platforms such as Cvent and Ticket Manager. Strong project‑management skills, stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage complex logistics. 2+ years of relevant professional experience; a university/college degree is preferred, though a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered. Business strategies, community development, event planning, innovation, personal initiative, results orientation, budgeting, decision making, effective communication, measurement, organizational savvy, and project management competencies. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $76,500.00 – $127,500.00 (varies by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). Incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
