Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / IMC / PCU

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown / IMC / PCU setting with a 5:1 patient ratio
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete all required Advanced Learning Center modules as assigned for the unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Tennessee
• Minimum 1 year of Stepdown, IMC, or PCU nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records system
• Completion of all required Advanced Learning Center modules prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong adaptability and ability to quickly integrate into new clinical environments
