Our organization is looking for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to become a part of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program in Denison, Texas. This role, centered on academic excellence, provides a unique chance to mentor and educate future physicians while balancing a fulfilling clinical practice in a nurturing and collaborative teaching atmosphere.

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed
• Schedule / Hours: Combination of clinical, teaching, and administrative duties
• Call: Limited call responsibilities (subject to program requirements)
• Patient Volume: Balanced clinical workload with dedicated academic time
• Location: Denison, Texas (60 miles north of Dallas)
• Practice Setting: Academic, hospital-based Family Medicine Residency Program
• Support / Care Team: Program Director, faculty physicians, residents, and interdisciplinary team
• EMR / Technology: State-of-the-art EMR and educational infrastructure

• Deliver outpatient and/or inpatient Family Medicine care while overseeing residents
• Act as a clinical instructor, engaging in didactics, curriculum design, and resident education
• Assess resident performance and assist in recruitment initiatives
• Ensure adherence to institutional and accreditation standards for the program
• Engage in scholarly activities and contribute to program development
• Document patient care using the hospital's EMR system

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Texas medical license
• Preferred experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic medicine
• Obstetrics experience or fellowship training is a plus
• Interest or experience in prenatal care and/or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is advantageous
