Overview A law firm seeks a junior or mid-level associate attorney specializing in personal injury in Reno, NV. The successful candidate will provide legal services and ensure outstanding client service across practice areas. Responsibilities Prepare and draft pleadings and motions. Draft discovery requests and responses. Take and defend depositions. Respond to client inquiries regarding litigation status. Monitor important deadlines and maintain a case calendar. Work on special projects as needed. Assist with arbitrations and trials. Requirements Analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent computer and research skills. Ability to effectively plan and manage a heavy workload and meet court deadlines. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited university.
