We're looking for someone who's friendly, dependable, comfortable talking with people, and genuinely enjoys helping others.What You'll DoThis isn't a "stand behind the register and wait" kind of retail job. You'll be on the sales floor working one-on-one with customers to help them find shoes that look good, feel great, and fit their lives.You'll:Welcome customers and get to know what they're looking forMeasure feet and learn our signature sit-and-fit approachRecommend shoes and insoles based on fit, comfort, and lifestyleLearn about some of the best footwear brands in the industryRing up purchases and help with everyday store tasksWork alongside a fun, knowledgeable team that takes pride in great serviceSome customers know exactly what they want. Others just know their feet hurt. Your job is to listen, ask the right questions, and help them leave happier than when they walked in.What We're Looking ForYou might be a great fit if you:Enjoy meeting and talking with different peopleAre friendly, patient, and willing to learnLike staying active and busy during your shiftCan work independently while still being part of a teamAre dependable and ready to jump in when things get busyHave flexibility to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, and/or weekendsRetail or sales experience is great, but it's not required.
