Splashers Supervisor

Oversees the Splashers poolside outlet and staff to ensure overall guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Responsibilities: • Primary responsibility is overseeing the Splashers poolside outlet to ensure overall guest satisfaction and smooth operations • Oversee the entire staff in Splashers outlet, provide friendly, efficient service, and leadership • Make sure the trucks are stocked, product is readily available, and backed up for service • Ensure proper staffing of the Ice Cream/Beverage truck readiness for the entire shift • POS experience necessary to train new staff. Train and coach staff, including new hires, to be courteous, engaging, and friendly • Greet guests promptly and professionally • Maintain the communication between the BOH and FOH managers during service • Always wear a radio to communicate with supporting departments. Address any service or guest issues, handle professionally and with courtesy • Make sure all orders are prepared and delivered promptly • Direct and support staff during service • Keep the Food truck area clean and always organized • Ensure proper opening and closing of trucks to ensure proper set-up for the next shift • Maintain health and safety, sanitation standards in both trucks at all times • Assist with POS discounts, voids, comps, and refunds • Oversees staff cashout process.Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: • Upbeat and outgoing individual • Able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills • Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment • Strong teamwork skills • Customer service orientation to ensure each guest has an excellent experience • Communicate effectively with other team members to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Compensation: $20 hourly
