Residential Service Electrician

Job Title & Location Astar Heating & Air – Middletown, NY – Residential Service Electrician We're seeking our first two Electricians to join our team serving our existing customer base. Fully stocked warehouse & parts runners New clean fully stocked truck Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan with profit sharing Parental leave Tool and boot allowance up to $125 per year Training and development opportunities at Service Professions Academy & Resource Center Yearly performance reviews Responsibilities Follow the Nexstar whole home electrical inspection process Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in a residential environment Provide excellent customer service Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle Travel to job sites in your service area, coordinate with dispatchers to ensure schedules are maintained and communicate delays to customers Obtain customer authorization/signature for payment (or financing) at the completion of the job Meet predetermined targets and sales goals Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replace options Assist in generating and scheduling replacement consultations as indicated Meet or exceed performance minimum standards Qualifications 4 or more years of residential electrical experience Generac generator experience a plus Familiarity with the Nexstar Service System is a plus Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar service management software is a plus Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues accurately Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally and courteously Dedication to safety, adherence to safety guidelines and promoting a safe work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Sila
