Technical Support Coordinator

We're looking for a customer-focused Technical Support Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and communicating clearly across phone and chat. Support Channels: Phone & Chat What You'll Do Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and supported applications Assist customers through phone and chat Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions Document customer issues and resolutions accurately Escalate complex technical issues when necessary Coordinate with internal teams and external technical vendors Support software updates, testing, procedures, and user training Deliver professional, courteous customer service throughout every interaction What We're Looking For Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users Good organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills Open schedule availability, including evenings and weekends Previous technical support, call center, customer service, POS, retail, or enterprise support experience is preferred. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College experience preferred. Schedule After Training Department hours include days, evenings, and weekends. Available shifts will generally start between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM , depending on staffing needs.
