Groundskeeper

Stoa Group is a full-time groundskeeper to join our team in Flowood, MS. Our Groundskeeper is an essential team member that maintains the apartment community's overall curb appeal/appearance. What you’ll do Daily property walks to maintain a well‑kept and manicured curb appeal Work independently as you pick up trash on the property and in common areas, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, breezeways, mailrooms, and other public areas. Assist with light cleaning and repairs prior to new resident move‑ins and model units. Update the Service Manager with work status and communicate any potential liabilities. Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Notify supervisor when supplies are needed. Assist office staff, as needed, with posting notices on resident doors. Ensure that policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance expectations, are met. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Ideal knowledge, abilities, and experience Excellent attention to detail Previous grounds, general cleaning, janitorial and labor experience preferred Attention to detail and commitment to our customers. Our residents will take notice and appreciate your detail on a daily basis. Customer service oriented Strong time management and organizational skills Good communication skills Strong ability to work independently and with a team Strong adherence to ethical standards, including but not limited to the ability to maintain confidentiality. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
