Westnet is looking for a Finance Manager having the following accountabilities: Report directly to the Finance & Operations Director and Lead the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the company Oversee monthly and annual financial close and ensure accurate and timely reporting Prepare management accounts, financial analysis, and performance reports for senior management Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions Monitor financial performance, costs, cash flow, and key financial risks Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies Maintain and strengthen financial controls, processes, and procedure Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team Partner with senior management and other departments to improve financial performance and operational efficiency The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA , or equivalent is desirable 6+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis Proven experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and statutory requirements Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Westnet offers Continuous training and professional development Exciting environment with development opportunities Competitive Salary Health & Life Insurance plan Ga s Card Corporate mobile program Bonus Scheme #J-18808-Ljbffr Westnet Distribution Ltd
