Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist Role Responsible for assessing patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders. The PT evaluates patient needs, adjusts care plans to meet goals, and collaborates with healthcare team members. They also educate patients and families on therapy methods, document patient progress, and set achievable recovery objectives.
