Location: hybrid - 2 days/wk in Frisco, TX
What they'll do:
- Support and administer enterprise Linux / Red Hat (RHEL) environments.
- Help restore infrastructure and systems following cyber incidents, outages, or major disruptions.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
- Perform system recovery, troubleshooting, backup/restore, and failover activities.
- Support recovery of infrastructure across on-premise and hybrid platforms.
- Participate in recovery testing and help ensure critical systems can be successfully restored.
Diving into disaster recovery with Red Hat Enterprise Linux specifically identifies key infrastructure/services, backup and restore processes, failover, clustering, monitoring, and recovery planning as considerations for RHEL disaster recovery.
