General Manager

Position Responsibilities:The General Manager oversees Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising for their facility, ensuring performance goals are met and working with the Market Unit President to drive business resultsAs the General Manager, you will lead the execution of the company’s long-term strategy and achieve the annual operating plan and budgetYou will communicate and collaborate with customers, franchise partners, and distributors to ensure service reliability and accuracyYou will ensure alignment of cross-functional team plans and strategies, and maintain strong end-to-end supply chain practicesYou will foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety, and address emerging business needs to enhance operational resultsYou will leverage consumer insights and innovation strategies to drive market opportunities, improve margins, and generate business growthYou will manage talent attraction, development, and retention, and collaborate with HR on labor relations and performance managementOther duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 7 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 15 plus years of specific experience and 9 plus years of leadership experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Master’s Degree BenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
