Job Title:  Warehouse Technician

Location:  Twinsburg, OH.

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $16/hr. - $17.50/hr. 

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Job Description:

Position Summary:

The IT Technician is responsible for processing, receiving, storing, inventorying, packaging, and shipping IT hardware for stores and field service technicians. This role supports daily warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring accurate order processing, equipment tracking, serial number documentation, and timely shipment of IT assets while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to handle frequent lifting, standing, and warehouse-related tasks. 

Duties:

• Receive, store, inventory, and organize IT hardware and equipment.
• Unpack, pick, package, and ship IT hardware to stores and field service technicians.
• Process shipments using UPS, service orders, and verbal instructions.
• Ensure shipped and returned equipment is accurately tracked and processed.
• Record and maintain accurate product serial number information.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized warehouse/work areas.
• Meet shipping deadlines and support daily logistics operations.
• Perform frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting of equipment.
• Assist with inventory control and order processing using inventory systems.
• Support warehouse operations while following safety and handling procedures.

Required experience:

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory operations.
• Experience handling, packaging, and shipping IT hardware or equipment preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with inventory/order processing systems preferred.
• Ability to accurately record serial numbers and maintain inventory records.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• High school diploma or GED required.
