Your mission is to turn every repair into a seamless, high-quality experience. Expert Communication: Act as the vital link between our clients and the shop, translating technical needs into clear options Drive Production: Maximize our technicians’ time to meet and exceed sales forecasts Consultative Selling: Prioritize required services and provide professional recommendations that keep our guests safe on the road Keep the Peace: Proactively update customers on completion times, expenses, and any changes to ensure zero surprises Deliver the "Wow": Ensure every guest walks away with a positive, memorable dealership experience Service Advisor Benefits & Compensation In addition to competitive pay, our benefits are designed to support you and your family. Availability: A Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays are a must) Skills: Strong attention to detail and a desire to win in a team environment Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
