Confidently close sales over the phone using empathy, urgency, and trust‑building. Re‑engage unsold leads and recover missed opportunities. Support project managers with closing and follow‑up conversations. Handle cancellation requests with professionalism and care. Manage financing and payment collection for your closed deals. Keep everything organized and documented in ServiceTitan CRM What Winning Looks Like: 2–2.5 closed deals per week Working a Tuesday - Saturday or a Sunday - Thursday schedule $150K in monthly closed sales All unsold leads contacted within 24 hours Multiple contact attempts across multiple days and channels A growing pipeline and stronger customer relationships every week The Characteristics and Skills You Have: Self‑motivated — you bring your own drive and energy every day Accountable — you take ownership of your results Fearless — comfortable standing on value and hearing “no” A great communicator — you connect easily with all types of people Tech‑savvy and mechanically inclined Familiar with basic financing concepts Experienced in phone‑based sales (bonus points if you’ve worked in a high‑dial environment) #J-18808-Ljbffr Wolfer's Home Services
